We will develop a plan to make your home profitable while your are not here to enjoy it. You control what you want to have provided- we will assist based on our experience.

 

Fees Include:

• $250 per opening and shutting down home/cabin

• $200-$250 dock install/removal (based on the number of sections)

• 20% of rental income (Saturday to Saturday)

• 25% of rental income (short term)

• 15% of rental income (longer term)

• Cleaning fees based on the number of bedrooms:

$130/week 4 bedrooms

$100/week 3 bedrooms

$75/week 1-2 bedrooms
